1st cycle refresh orders under subscription are non-refundable.You will also only be able to cancel your subscription after the first refresh.

The company sent the wrong puzzle. I have left messages on "Monica's" voicemail their customer service rep. & she has yet to get back with me to refund or rectify the issue... Word of warning support at your own risk. You just may end up with a puzzle or a canvas of Pinocchio.

Loved my pictures and it was fast delivery BUT I was supposed to get a free 8x10 picture which was NOT given although on the receipt it states it was included. Would have been nice to actually get it after ordering 5 pictures.

beautiful artwork that's why I chose to buy the print it is not up to Quality it's not up to par it is a sham do not buy art from this company I'm deeply saddened by the behavior I really thought I was supporting black businesses and me being a black owner a black business owner myself I'm sad and by this I spent almost $100 for 38x10s that is on Kinkos copy paper with lines in it

Some orders may be split due to their size and the way they are packaged (example: apparel and wall art cannot be packaged together and will therefore ship separately in their respective packaging).
