RETURN POLICY
At SmardArt, we strive to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 7 days of shipping.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Please note that packages returned to our facility are ineligible for refunds.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. (if and as applicable).
When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best to advise us before returning any products. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
CUSTOM ART ORDERS
'Reserve Your Custom Art Piece' reservation fees are fully refundable. This reservation holds your place in line while we create a custom piece for you. You only pay the full price for a custom if you love the art piece created.
Final Custom orders are non-refundable. Once the customer has made an order for a custom piece, we won't accept any return. A custom piece is uniquely made for you, so once it's done and shipped your way, we cannot make any changes.
Only exception is :
- you can upgrade to a print if you paid for a digital file. There will be an additional fee.
- you can choose a bigger size of print or canvas if you're no longer happy with the size you initially paid for. There will be an additional fee.
Please note that this only applies before shipping the piece. We will do our best to accommodate but make sure to choose the right size to avoid any inconvenience.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Please note that 1st cycle refresh orders under subscription are non-refundable. You will also only be able to cancel your subscription after the first refresh.
APPAREL
At SmardArt, all apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your order details and sizing before completing your purchase.
Kindly contact us If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, on the same day of delivery for assistance.
PUZZLE
All puzzle sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us on the same day your order is delivered so we can assist you promptly.
Please note that all puzzles undergo a thorough quality check before packaging to ensure all pieces are included. As such, missing puzzle pieces do not qualify as a defective puzzle

All items in the "Everything under $9 collection" is final sale. These products are not eligible for returns or refunds
