If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
1st cycle refresh orders under subscription are non-refundable.You will also only be able to cancel your subscription after the first refresh.
Please note that products are made-to-order and unique to each customer; this allows us to avoid overproduction. Therefore please allow some time for the re-processing of your replacement order.

I love seeing a company create puzzles that celebrate Black culture, beauty, confidence, and representation. The “I Play to Win” 1,000-piece puzzle definitely lives up to its name because BABYYYY, you really have to come ready to WIN! 😂🧩 Don’t let the beautiful artwork fool you! With 1,000 pieces, this puzzle is definitely challenging and requires patience, concentration, and a good eye for detail. Some of the similar colors and patterns can make figuring out where certain pieces belong a little tricky, but that’s what makes it fun! I also appreciate the thought and creativity that went into the packaging. The presentation is beautiful, and the overall concept makes this puzzle feel like more than just a game. One thing about “I Play to Win” is that you might have to walk away and come back a few times, but quitting is NOT an option!

This is my first time ordering from Smard Art, after following the brand on instagram for years and I must say I am not dissatisfied at all. The only thing I will say is that, I think there should be another way to protect the images, especially if they’re travelling internationally as my images were slightly damaged in the sides, but thankfully the picture frame hides the damage.

Can I get my money back ?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 7 days and we will refund you the full amount. Items must be returned in good condition. For wall art, no rips, folds or stains on the prints or canvas.
Apparel and accessories sales are final.
