Because each piece is personalized and created based on your submitted customization details, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your case and work with you to provide a replacement where appropriate.
Note that products are made to order and unique to each customer. This allows us to avoid overproduction while creating a personalized piece just for you. As a result, please allow additional time if a replacement order is required.

Loved my pictures and it was fast delivery BUT I was supposed to get a free 8x10 picture which was NOT given although on the receipt it states it was included. Would have been nice to actually get it after ordering 5 pictures.

beautiful artwork that's why I chose to buy the print it is not up to Quality it's not up to par it is a sham do not buy art from this company I'm deeply saddened by the behavior I really thought I was supporting black businesses and me being a black owner a black business owner myself I'm sad and by this I spent almost $100 for 38x10s that is on Kinkos copy paper with lines in it

deeply saddened not by the picture cuz the artist the original artist and a beautiful job that's why I chose it but deeply sad and that the quality is not up to par and the money I spent I definitely feel that I've been scammed do not buy art from this company.

Ordered July 30. It's Oct 9 and I still don't have puzzles. I respected the two month turnaround but two months came and went. I was told they'd ship the week of Sept 29. They did not. Shipping label created Oct 2 and tracking says they were never placed with carrier. Never plan to buy from this company again.

All standard orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (NOTE: a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, or any holidays observed in USA/Canada). Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Can I get my money back ?
All Custom Artwork sales are final
Returns/ Refunds are only available if the print is received damaged.
Contact us within 7 days if you received a damaged print, to begin processing.*
*Items must be returned in good condition. For wall art, no rips, folds or stains on the print.
