I had saw this print framed in Homegoods one day, and was going to get it for my daughter, but I was so sorry that I did not purchase it then, because when I went back it was gone. I was so disappointed, so I went online to find the print and now I will frame it for my daughter. We love the print!
I ordered 3 prints on 7/31 and recieved my order on 8/22. However, although the artwork is beautiful, my prints cane poorly packaged. Theres dents, bends, crinkles and tears. The pictures are the prints fresh out the package which is upsetting. I dont believe i will be purchasing from here again and this was my first purchase/impression of this company.
I absolutely love the image that I ordered. However, it took a MONTH from the day I ordered and made a payment for my pictures to arrive to my location. And that was after I followed up TWICE about my pictures. I absolutely loved my pictures and I'm exctied to hand them, but I was very disapointed in the timeframe it took to arrive. If I hadn't followed up, I doubt I'd have them now.

Canvas does not include wood frame around canvas as pictured and shown in almost all pictures on website. Customer service says these are not provide via them but is something retailers may do when they sell the canvas. However pictures on the website multiple times is the canvas with additional wood framing. Why have pictured if its not something you offer at all? Then despite notating that the image can be confusing when I asked about a refund shipping is my responsibility? None of the false advertisement is to blame. Highly disappointing. If I wanted an image with no framimg I would’ve bought the print. Canvas I received looks cheap vs the ones I bought via retailers. Don’t waste your money on a canvas from them $180+ directly vs the $40 via retailers. Then I was given an explanation not a solution.
Store owner replied: Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the canvas wasn’t what you expected. As shared by email, the outer wood framing shown in some images is not included with our canvas pieces. We understand how the presentation could have been confusing and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
