Our process is simple! We will work with any inspo picture you send us, and make any necessary adjustments.

HOW IT WORKS

Getting a custom piece from Smard is SUPER DUPER SIMPLE!

1. Place the order for a custom art piece on our website. Select the size and format you would want your final work of art in. Our current format options are:

Digital File (sent via email)
Print
Canvas

2. An associate from our team contacts you to notify you when we have begun on your order

3. You are notified when your custom is ready to be shipped with an image of it attached (Could take up to two weeks from when the order is initially placed)

4. Your beautiful custom art piece is shipped and delivered to you!

5. You share your piece with all your friends on socials! (100% optional)

Please note that all customs will come waist up with a plain background, suitable for your unique picture submission.

IMPORTANT INFO

Custom orders are non-refundable. Once the customer has made an order for a custom piece, we won't accept any return. A custom piece is uniquely made for you, so once it's done and shipped your way, we can not make any changes.

Only exception is :

- you can upgrade for a print if you paid for a digital file. There will be an additional fee.

- you can choose a bigger size of print or canvas if you're no longer happy with the size you initially paid for. There will be an additional fee.

N.B : All customs are designed with a plain coloured background, a designed background can be added for an additional fee. Kindly add a note to your order if you would like a designed background and our team will reach out to you

Please note that this only apply before shipping the piece. We will do our best to accommodate, but make sure to choose the right size to avoid any inconvenience.

How will I receive a digital copy ?

When your order is ready, a member of our team will send you the file via email.

Does a Custom Art Piece come with a background ?

No. Customs come with a plain coloured background, suitable for your unique picture submission. A designed backgorund can be requested for by adding a note to your order. This comes with an extra fee

Can I refund my Custom Art order ?

No, Custom orders are non-refundable and can't be returned.

Can I upgrade to a print from a digital file ?

Yes! You can upgrade to a print if you ordered a digital file at an additional fee.

Can I increase the size of the custom I ordered ?

Yes, you can upgrade the size of your Custom Art Piece at an additional fee

How long does it take for a Custom Art Piece to be delivered ?

Custom Art orders usually take 2 weeks to process and ship out.
